This fridge is perfect if you want a functional, yet simple appliance. It is very spacious inside, and has multiple configurations options. The controls are straightforward. It is a little loud when the compressor kicks on. So far I'm very happy with it.

Just as many many others have said (and most very recently too)™" this product stopped working almost immediately. Maybe within 24 hours of install, it was making a weird noise from the cooling box of the fridge. Sounded like hissing air. Didn™™t seem to affect the temperature at that time, so didn™™t worry much (I rent, so luckily it wasn™™t my money spent on this piece of crap) About 2 months of having it, started to notice temps for both fridge and freezer were fluctuating, either too warm or frost on everything in both fridge and freezer. Then came the rancid smell for a few days until we realized it was coming from the freezer (was hard to tell because temps hadn't entirely dropped™"and this thing has literally ZERO technology to even indicate what the temps actually are) then the whole thing just stopped working completely one night and the next morning had to dump all the food. Hadn™™t even had it for 2 months. What a nightmare. Not saying much for ™American Made™ products.

I purchased this refrigerator (FFTR2045VS model) from Gerhard's Appliances, and received one that did not cool after 8 hours of running, along with a very loud noise that sounds like wind gusts going through a pipe. The store delivered a replacement which arrived with a loosen cooling control part in the refrigerator, a random screw in the unit, a dirty freezer door that looks like having been splattered on, a shelf with bloody spots, and a band of paint on the exterior that looks darker than other areas. After one day of use, the freezer accumulates frost and water drips along the freezer door. How did this unit passe Frigidaire's 40 check points? Vert poor quality. I called the store within 48 hours of delivery to report the problems. They sent a tech who will replace the freezer door. Neither the store nor the manufacturer is willing to send another replacement, and I have to cope with repair already even when the item is supposed to be brand new.

I am SO UNHAPPY with the fridge. This is a replacement to FGTR1837TF. I have two kitchens and all my appliances are Frigidaire. This one plainly sucks. No light in the freezer - ok we can live with that. However when we close the bottom door, the freezer door opens. Not having noticed this was happening, we woke up to a freezer COMPLETLEY FROZEN. During a party, WE HAD TO PUT A NOTE ON THE FREEZER - WHEN YOU CLOSE THE BOTTOM MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THE TOP. WE'VE HAD THIS FOR ONE MONTH. I CONTACTED PC Richards , THEY CAME AND SAID - "GET USE TO IT." THE BOTTOM DOOR WILL BLOW AIR TO THE TOP DOOR AND OPEN. This one not a free fridge. I'm BEYOND UPSET AND IN TEARS. Lastly, this is not a smudge free SS fridge. The markings from closing both doors is disgusting.

So fat I am pleased with my new refrigerator, the only thing I would change would be to have a smaller deli drawer. I don™™t eat much deli meats although I do store cheese in there. If the drawer was half as big I could use the open space to stack more leftovers etc

We are happy with our new refrigerator. We picked it specifically because it has extra shelves on the door of the refrigerator. The only complaint I have is that the shelves are made from a thinner material than I would like. I worry that one of my five little ones will eventually break one.

It's been a struggle to find a used refrigerator that fit the space in our kitchen so we decided to bite the bullet and buy new. After entering our size into the filter we had a couple options from Home Depot, ultimately going with the Frigidaire because of the sale price and it certainly does not disappoint! From the outside it looks a little small but when you open it up you will be surprised at the amount of room! The shelves on the door are perfect for drinks and condiments of all sizes and a full size deli drawer that will have you running to the store to fill it up! Almost 2 weeks since being delivered and not a single complaint on this model. 10/10 would recommend!

We've had our new 20.0 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer fridge about a month now and love how spacious it is. My favorite feature is the full-length deli drawer where I can store all our favorite cheeses and sandwich building goodies in one easy to view place. We needed a lot of space for those items. Also appreciate door panel storage bins with not just one but 2 bins able to hold gallon jugs. Perfect! We're both so pleased with how our choice has worked out for us. When I began comparing the different brands this fridge ticked all the features boxes I was looking for. Plus I had confidence buying a Frigidaire because my parents and grandparents always bought Frigidaire. It is a brand name that has stood the test of time. We are really pleased with our new fridge and we also LOVE buying American. The stainless steel model we purchased looks great in our kitchen too. Very nice!

I ordered the refrigerator and install on Frigidaire.com. Delivery was outsourced to a 3rd party called RXO. They showed up 20 minutes late for 4 the hour delivery window in an Enterprise rental truck smelling like weed. They told me they weren't supposed to install. When I argued that I had ordered installation they tore off the styrofoam (making a big mess), plugged it in and left. No paperwork, no inspection. I had to pull all of the interior packaging and tape off. The next day I removed the blue cling film on the outside to find that under some scuffs on the film were 3 dents and scratches in the middle of the door. I called Frigidaire to request a new door and was given the run around because the refrigerator "had already been registered" 5 days earlier. How and why would I register a refrigerator that I didn't have yet and why does it matter that it's registered? After being transferred between several departments, I was sent to the warranty department and was told that a technician would have to come out to inspect the appliance and then order a door. The first appliance company they gave me was in Phoenix, Arizona, I am in Cleveland Ohio!! After finding a local company I was told that I would just have to call to set up the appointment. I called the appliance repair company and was told that because this is for cosmetic damage that they need to receive the dispatch information directly from Frigidaire which could take 3+ days. So, now I have to wait to find out if I'm going to get a new door for our brand new refrigerator. Do not order from Frigidaire.com, especially if they will be using RXO for delivery. RXO gets 96% 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot and 2.5 stars on Yelp. Why is Frigidaire (or any other company for that matter) using them? I will never order from Frigidaire again.

I bought this refrigerator as an upgrade for my new tenant. I™™m so very jealous because this is a beautiful appliance. I love the adjustable shelves, the deli drawer that is the width of the fridge and the wheels on the fruit/veg drawers; it makes cleaning so much easier.

This is a nice refrigerator and priced right. The freezer and inside of the refrigerator have a lot of room. The deli drawer Is large and is a drawer that is the entire length from side to side. The door shelves have a lot of room for condiments and such. This purchase was worth the money spent.

This model of refrigerator is just a tried and true winner. As a landlord I have multiple units and whenever an older Appliance needs replacing, I always end up choosing Frigidaire not only because of style but because of reviews and personal experience. While nothing is ever perfect, Frigidaire is always there every step of the way to make sure that I'm a happy customer. And in turn that keeps my tenants very happy.

The compressor went bad on a brand new refrigerator that I purchased back in May. They sent a technician out shortly after it went bad which was back in June. He did not repair it then. It's now the 2nd of Sept, 2024 and the fridge has not been repaired or replaced. I've called several times since July with no result and no action from frigidaire.

Gets colder than my last fridge which I appreciate. The meat drawer is huge. Very spacious, very sleek. Like that they took the door handles away (because the crevices would get dirty and it was difficult to clean).

Needed to replace my frig in my garage, went to Lorenz Appliance and was able to purchase this one. The rep told me that this frig is rated for temperature differences that happen in a garage. Only issue, is that freezer door sometimes opens when the bottom door is shut. Just need to check that it is closed. Otherwise, no issues, runs great, very efficient.

The product is good to excellent. Several comments/recommendations:1. Add a light to the freezer. My previous freezer from Frigidaire (bought in 2003) had this feature.2. Split the top and middle shelving so that I have flexibility of storing many different sized products.3. Love the fact there are no external door handles sticking out.

So far, been very happy with the fridge, ala the chill box. After having an amana for the last 8 years, and without a fixable solution, due to the lower freezer design, our family switched back to the upper freezer design. Now we have more room, great chillin in every section of the fridge. Fantastic cubby design with strong weight capacity on door storage, in addition, to the deli storage section which is a great extra. The exterior is impressive. Cool steel design, clean lines, easy to open doors with no handles. In addition, easy controls and use of nobs and levers. Its been a month and so far we are super satisfied with the quality, easy of use, cleanliness and storage capacity.

Very great looking refrigerator in gleaming stainless steel. Keeps all items very cool and has garnered many compliments from visitors. The inside is designed very well and this model has two temperature controls, one for the freezer portion and one for the bottom portion. The only thing that lowers the rating is the doors never seem to be fully closed as they seem to "spring open" by themselves. Model also runs very loudly but the main concern are the door closures.
