It™™s still early, we™™ve had this new model for only 3 weeks, but so far we™™re very pleased with its features and performance. We™™ve especially noted that the interior design provides for great flexibility for shelving and the design efficiencies give the feeling of added space, especially for fresh vegetables which we struggled to accommodate in our previous unit of similar cubic feet.

Overall happy. No dedicated butter compartment though. Also the small lowest door trays are useless. The inside the fridge ice maker takes up valuable space that door ice makers don't. I will be curious how the longevity is on this fridge. Our LG made fridge was a joke at 6 years. If you have a larger family than say 3, this fridge is right in the edge of adequate.

This is a very well thought out refrigerator. Nicely spaced racks fit bottles and containers of all sizes. The freezer has a sliding rack over the main that is very convenient. Water and ice system works great. As long as it holds up in the long run, we™™re satisfied.

This refrigerator is a great upgrade to our previous refrigerator that was much smaller, 20 years old and didn™™t have ice/water. This is a huge refrigerator! It hold a ton of food in both the refrigerator and freezer. Even after a big shop there™™s still plenty of space, especially if you keep your frig organized. It sits far past our counter but luckily is situated in a corner of our kitchen where it doesn™™t impede on our walking space. I think this would really bother me if it was located anywhere else in our kitchen, so be sure to take your measurements and decide if it will bother you. Our previous refrigerator had the freezer on the top and now having the refrigerator portion on top is so much more convenient. The set up also allows you to see the food on the bottom shelves without it getting ™lost™ at the back. The produce and deli drawer are super deep and hold a lot. The freezer also holds more than I thought it would. I think we will be able to get rid of our chest freezer in the garage after we go through some back stock. I was concerned that the in door water/ice maker would eat up too much space in the refrigerator but it surprisingly doesn™™t! Some other units we looked at took up the whole door and much of the upper shelf space. This unit still allows for a decent amount of storage in the water/ice door (condiments). The water and ice feature is nice and so convenient. The water is not chilled and comes out a little far forward in my opinion. You have to be mindful of that when filling smaller cups and took our kids a little trial and error before remembering where to place their ups when filling them. The ice maker produces plenty of ice for our family. One small complaint is that it is a bit of a hassle when having to open both doors to access items inside, and if you don™™t close the left door first the right door slams shuts like it is going to break something. Our previous frig was a single door and we miss that. Overall pleased and a big upgrade from what we had. Would purchase again.

Not any fault of Frigidaire (or the fridge itself)™¦but delivery was a disaster! There were scratches and marks that weren™™t there prior to bringing it into the house, that I didn™™t see so I will just have to accept them as battle scars! LOL The refrigerator itself is doing its purpose so far! My previous fridge was an LG and this new one runs a bit louder™¦just takes some getting used to. I™™m happy with the placement and quantity of ice vs. the LG by far! I also love the drawer space and amount of door shelves vs. my old fridge. I love that the water dispenser allows for filling taller cups and/or water bottles as well. I™™m disappointed that the smudge proof still smudges, but not nearly as bad as my previous non-smudge proof fridge! And, to be honest, I hate the feel of the door handles. They don™™t have a coating on them so, for me, it™™s like feeling a wall painted with flat paint. I™™m not at all fond of the texture. I™™ve only had it for a short time so only time will tell how performance will be but as of right now I am satisfied with it!

Refrigerator compartment stayed at 20 degrees and froze almost all the contents even when the control was set at 42*. I lost at least $100 in a week. Couldn't get anyone to service. Swapped it for another new one but smaller size.

Since our purchase of this product, we have been very happy with it. The amount of room on the inside is wonderful. Sometimes the left door shows not closed but all we have to do is just push the door to get a better seal. We haven't been able to connect the water and ice yet.

We did a lot of comparing when it came to this style of refrigerator. Hands down this one gives you the most bang for your buck. So much nicer to have fridge on top where you can see everything. And the freezer is set up nicely. Having the ice and water in the door is definitely a plus.

We decided on what features we wanted in our new frig and then went looking for it. We looked at approximately 20 refrigerators tbfind what we wanted and this Frigidaire wa it. Small ice maker, shelves arranged so we could put pitchers and milk cartons straight in (not stored in the door), 3 drawers for produce and meats. We also liked the enormous freezer with the big lower drawer and the 2 upper drawers. This Frigidaire was exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Now that we have it, we love it more! A great but - we are delighted.

Purchase refrigerator 1 1/2 months ago and the water line is cracked and shorted out the light in the door. Service tech has been out twice and our fridge is still not fixed. Call the service number and can not get through to schedule for it to get fixed.

The fridge is okay, but I really hate it. When it arrived, the doors didn't line up. They still don't line up perfectly even after following the instructions in the guide. There is also a small dent in the side of the door. Nothing major, but disappointing when I've spent a lot on this fridge.My biggest complaint is that the left door doesn't close all the way unless you press hard. More than once the door wasn't closed all the way. The alarm doesn't even go off, so I'm not sure how long it's sat open. Our old Samsung fridge would close without having to forcefully close the door. Bummed to feel like I'm nearly slamming it to get a good seal.If you select water immediately after ice, it'll shoot out before you even put your cup against the dispenser button. We ended up with frigidaire because our builder already installed a frigidaire range and oven. The quality leaves a lot to be desired. Without the badges, I wouldve thought this was a no name brand from a discount store. I wish the builder would've done Samsung appliances instead like the majority of the homes in the development.

I recently bought a new house and needed to get a refrigerator quickly after moving in. After comparing several brands and specifications I settled on the Frigidaire - 27.8 Cu. Ft French Door model. It was exactly what I was looking for and fits perfectly in my space. It has tons of room and the layout of the shelves and drawers are exactly as described in the description. I love the meat/cheese drawer and having a pullout freezer drawer is way better than a side by side. Plus having the water/ice dispenser built in and accessible on the outside of the unit is so efficient and it just looks sleek. I definitely recommend this unit.
