I like how light it is. Plus it's extremely maneuverable. My last cordless vacuum had a lithium battery which I had to remember to take off and charge. Also it made it too heavy and could not self stand. I am so pleasantly surprised how great it is!The Electrolux chargeable vacuum does the job.

Only used this vaccum a few times since I received it last week. Electrolux, was the first place I looked when looking for a lightweight cordless . Have had the canister vacuum for around 45 years and purchased an up right around 12 years ago. This is my go to brand. Looking forward to many years of using this new cordless .

This is our third Ergorapido. We got the "pet" model as it was on sale. Like the previous 2 units it gets a lot of use and I can't say enough good about those units. My only complaint about the new one (and the reason for only 4 stars) is the filter design has been changed, and for the worse. On the previous models the pleated filter was flexible and fitted with a spring mechanism which made cleaning it a breeze. A few snaps of that spring loosened the dust/dirt in the filter pleats which could then be easily brushed away with a 1" paint brush (which we keep hanging on a hook next to the charging station). The pleated filter on this new one is rigid. The directions indicate it should be flushed with running water and then dried for 24 hours before reassembling it. What a mess! And the inconvenience of having to wait 24 hours to use it again. I realize some people may not be able to take it outside to clean it like we can, but did the spring mechanism have to be done away with to be run under water? I don't use water on it. I use the brush handle to repeatedly tap the plastic filter frame to knock loose the dust/dirt. This is not ideal. Unfortunately the design has been changed just enough that the old filter will not fit the new model. It would be great if a spring-fitted filter was available.

I love this little vacuum! It can be used as an upright vacuum for spot cleaning around the house or you can detach the unit and use it as a handheld vacuum in your house or car. It comes with attachments for reaching nooks and crannies and the pivoting vacuum head makes maneuvering around and under furniture a breeze. I bought it for use in my vacation condo but loved it so much bought another for my home.

Shortly after we moved to Georgia I bought my first Electrolux Stick vac and absolutely loved it. That was over 15 years ago. I loved it but the battery finally gave out. I was even happier when I bought my new Ergorapido™ Pet Vacuum. It has so much more power and it is so easy to manuver around everything. It has a filter that is so easy to clean and it's even washable. It's perfect to have at hand when I'm baking. It's like my right hand.

I have a larger vacuum cleaner, but it becomes tedious in removing the pet hair that accumulates daily with my long haired dogs. My smaller Electrolux runs on battery so it doesn't hold charge as long, but it makes my job simple...The brush is easily removed, cleaned, and put back ~ which eliminates the time and effort needed to do it with another machine...Love it ~

I especially like that motor is at bottom. Dyson has at top and was too hard to hold with arthritis and keep button squeezed. This one is great™¦ just wish dust compartment was bigger so don™™t have to empty so often™¦ but doesn™™t hinder cleaning power. Overall I™™m very happy!!

I bought this because I have parrots and it is the perfect size for quick cleanups. It works good on carpet and on hard floors. Does not hold a lot of debris, but for quick easy cleanup, it is great.

Have 2 cats, bought this after a move to senior living just to touch up between housekeeping visit. Ran it over the rugs just because it was so fun too use.......it picked up an amazing amount of cat fur. I thought the rugs were clean . Now i do the rugs every few days.

Before I purchased this pet hair stick vacuum I thought my daily vacuuming was pretty good- boy was I surprised how much I wasn™™t picking up! Almost embarrassing! The flexible head is amazing. No more stopping and turning to get a particular spot. And the attachments are easy to install quickly if needed. Emptying the waste is a snap! Love this model. I™™ve had my other Electrolux for over 20 years!

I purchase in Aprill this thinking that it was the best cordless vacuum from the best company. After four months, it stopped charging. When I attempted to get service under the warranty, I realized the website process for making such claims is a convoluted, non-specific, vague, misleading, and confusing mess. There is really no way to make a simple claim. Multiple phone calls ended with AI/Bot/Automated operators disconnecting after requesting information. Customer service representatives made endless transfers to other departments usually ending with a disconnect or a promise that someone would get back with me. Emails prompted AI/Bot/Automated responses promising that the appropriate division was looking into my issue, and someone would send an email within 7-10 business days requesting additional information and once that was received, someone would contact me with a form to complete in order to process a repair or replacement. At this point I am writing this mess off. DO NOT BUY. EVER. EVER. It is throw-away plastic junk.

We have had an electrolux cannister vacuum for many years. My husband even refurbished it. When I began my search for a lightweight stick vacuum, I immediately searched for one made by Electrolux because of the incredible suction and cleaning power of our canister vacuum. I chose the Ergorapido Pet vacuum, even though we no longer have a pet, because of the extra tools and I figured the suction power wound be great. It has exceeded my expectation! I love that it is cordless, lightweigt, and powerful! The price was a big factor as well. I love this vacuum!

So far I™™m loving this vacuum. It™™s well made, lightweight so I can easily carry it around the house. The head turns easily to reach every small area or corner. I also love the small vacuum with various heads that remove cat hair from our couch easily. I mostly use it on hardwood floor and even the lower setting works well in picking up cat hair and other stuff from the floor.My only complaint is that I wish the machine was a bit taller/longer, so that taller people wouldn™™t have to bend down that much when vacuuming. But it™™s not a dealbreaker and I™™m happy with my purchase.
