Love the steam feature -- direct hook-up to water line. Very efficient and does a great job keeping clothes wrinkle free. Highly recommend.

Beautiful dryer runs like a charm

Replaced a 15 year old dryer and extremely pleased with the design accurate sensory dry time large capacity along with its many features that will take time to fully experience. Only annoying issue is even though I purchased the dryer directly from LG during their free installation promotion this model number is missing from LGs product registry function and complaints to representatives still have not fixed this strange problem

LG dryer pretty Good White Glove delivery not.

Purchased almost 2 months ago and so far so good. Wife particularly likes the steam cycle. Only issue is the White Glove service is anything but. I tried to buy a propane adaptor kit when I ordered the dryer direct from LGs web site but the web site didnt let me order multiple products at once I likely was the issue there so I ordered one seperately from Amazon. When the installers came they were unable/unwilling to install the propane adaptor kit. I was able to do it myself but what a pain and I could not find any video anywhere that showed how to do it with my model. I could install one today in 15 minutes having done it once but it was several hours with the dryer completely disassembled.

I have the 7801 model wit the same issue only 1.5 years old. Absolute piece of junk. Ive had thermistor replace main system board temperature sensor and it still doesnt work. tE1 error went away but not it shuts down after 10 minutes. LG has horrible customer service and wont do anything since its out of warranty. They have a major problem with their machines. DO NOT BUY this machine. You will regret it and be out a lot of money.

Error code te1 even after replacing the thermistor

So upset bought this dryer from lows about 18 months ago out of nowhere starting flashing error code te1 which is a problem with the thermistor so we had it replaced and it is still showing the error code te1 for this price it should last longer than 18 months
