after reading the reviews, i wished that i had went with another combo but i noticed them to late. we had this unit installed yesterday and it is just as i expected. really nice with lots of great features. unfortunately, the oven works but the microwave does not heat at all and the installers have informed us the product is defective. the next availability to get a new one isn't until june and we have a technician from samsung to look at it on monday. hopefully they will be able to fix the issue or i will be out almost 4k for an item we haven't even used.

I bought this wall oven / microwave combo when I had new kitchen built. I love the sleek look of this wall oven and the black stainless finish. The microwave is very easy to use. I lit that the display turns off after use saving energy. With just one touch anywhere the display turns on and you can choose from multiple settings on both the microwave and oven. I will say that I also have a gas flex oven in my kitchen and this electric oven cook much more hot than the gas does. I simply assist the temperature down when cooking and everything comes out perfectly. I have owned this wall oven for two years without any issue whatsoever.

Ive have this combo for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I used all of the features except the steam function. Wish it came with a cookbook to help with cook time and temperature. Overall gteat oven

we bought this unit mid 2019. the whole system died (no power whatsoever) about 4 weeks ago. they showed up for repairs and the tech said one of the microwave boards was broken. he changed the board. three days later, it broke again. he showed up again, after another two weeks (imagine a month without a microwave and oven!). changed the board, still broken. he suspects the display board and of course they have to order the part. he is supposed to come back in a week. So far 4 weeks without microwave and oven. Not happy with product at all!

Use the oven one time and now has error that is known for this unit... paid over 3k and have already spent 5 hours trying to get help from Samsung it's been weeks and now looks like it's going to be weeks longer. Very frustrating not worth the money spent

Liked the functionality of the micro/oven but have had to have it serviced twice in the first seven months. First, the handle came loose & came off. Second, we had a complete function failure so they had to replace the motherboard.

This samsung black stainless steel double oven is definilty a game changer in our household ! Haveing a big family we had to upgrade to a double oven, while renovating my kitchen i recieved this oven i was over joyed especially having a " sitting on the floor oven " for a long time . We also wanted to space up my kitchen by getting an in wall oven & making my kitchen more of a modern day look! Definilty glad we got to receive this samsung double oven! This samsung oven made my kitchen look so elegant and beautiful all at the same time while making my meals come out amazing and evenly cooked ! My husband is the second chef in the house and he cant stay out of the kitchen now (thank you)! The oven is more then we expected and more not only in style but in cooking the food amazingly ! This oven Heats up fast with adjustable levels of tempatures as expected! We love the blue led touch screen for a little night light at night for the kitchen also a plus for night time cooking ! The black stainless steel finish definilty is a eye magnet, the doors are easy to open and close dont slam & are not heavy at all ! ! not to mention the black stainless steel double oven is finger print resistant definilty a plus when having kids around also makes it easy to wipe down clean of spills while baking or cooking also love how everything matches the all black front glass to the touchscreen buttons and the black handles !The racks are silver which stands out and makes the inside of the oven so beautiful they are also adjustable easy to move in and out of the oven also up and down which gives you space for big pots or little pots and the racks are not heavy at all . The preset buttons definilty come in handy . Did i mention the blue lining inside the oven definilty an amazing finish to the oven . I love the double oven because it give me room to bake and cook all at the same time or if i cook a big meal gives me room to maneuver. We have got so many compliments of just the oven alone i could mell more holidays (gatherings) to come ! The double oven makes time in cooking so much faster i always hated having to stay in the kitchen and wait for my food to be done and keep checking on it with this oven im able to set a timer and do what i have to do around the house definilty a huge plus . Love how the time is displayed on the front of the oven big enough to see! Also The mesurements for the oven is on point all correct So definilty make sure that your measurements are exact .

This appliance is amazing. From the first moment of receiving this Microwave/ Oven combo we fell in love. The look of this Samsung is beautifully modern and sleek. It's black stainless looks better in person than it looks in pictures and the control panel is easy to read and operate. I love that the Microwave has a cheet sheet right on the inside of the door for all the cooking presets that you always have to pull the book out to get, very convenient. At first it takes a little getting used to pulling the door down on the Microwave , instead of to the side like most other units but now I like it even more, also a very convenient feature from Samsung. This combo unit works flawlessly. All the cooking times are spot on and the convection portion saves an immense amount of time on many items without sacrificing taste. The microwave portion of this combo is a worthy mate to the amazing oven Samsung has delivered in this appliance.
The oven is the quality of some of your commercial units used today. The door and Handle are very sturdy and easy to grab. It's rack with the sliders makes it a breeze to even cook some of your heaviest items that you would usually struggle with. When it comes to the other racks without the sliders they are still very fluid sliding in and out with ease. The temperature and all of my cook times have been flawless. Being able to set my preheat and walk away knowing that I am going to get a message from my oven when it's ready is a very futuristic and useful feature on this Samsung combo. The smart features of this and most of Samsung's appliances is where all cutting edge and something we will all not want to live without was we experience this technology.
In conclusion of this review , this appliance is amazingly beautiful and modern with all the features you could want in a new Microwave/ Convection Oven combo.

we have had the unit two years
year one.... we tried the self cleaning function and the oven over heated and locked up and we could not open the door. when we called for help we needed the ssn... and guess what it is inside the oven.
it took approximately two months before we got it fixed.
year two we turned the broiler on and after about a minute.... the oven filled with sparks and smoke. the broiler element burned out and it blew the circuit board.
that was 5 weeks ago and we still do not have an oven.
nothing but major issues with the oven and nothing but headaches and delays .
we think we have a lemon but samsung won't give a new oven unless the repair guys says it is bad.... and all repair guy wants to to is rack up repair trips

Our turn table in the Microwave stopped turning. The problem is the roller ring. We don't use it that often, so am surprised it only lasted a few months. The plastic is not strong enough to last the life of the oven. After going to this Samsung web page, I see it is a recurring problem for purchasers of this oven. It seems like Samsung should correct the problem.

I like the look of the oven and it has worked fairly well for us, but our turn table stopped turning. I found out that the problem is the the "D" shaped socket broke allowing the motor to turn freely in the socket. See photo. This is a design flaw, the plastic is not strong enough to last the life of the oven. Customer service refused to replace the part because I'm 4 months out of warranty. This happened on the weekend and the exclusive Samsung parts supplier is not open so I don't know how much this part will cost plus shipping and tax. I have a feeling that it won't be cheap.

Don't write a review until you've owned it for a year. I bought this product in August of 2017 after rebuilding due to a devastating flood. The warranty expired in August 2018. Two months later I go to preheat the oven and I get an error code. I try to use the microwave and get the same error code. I called customer service and setup the repair. The guy showed up, but they had given him the wrong type of unit information and therefore ordered the wrong parts. He says it's the cooling fan, but I wonder if it's something else because the turntable in the microwave won't turn either. I would've given these oven/microwave combo 5 stars, but I would've expected a product from Samsung (after loosing EVERYTHING as well as taking a financial hit because of FLOOD) to be quality made and last at least fifteen months especially for the price we the consumers pay for their products. If an extended warranty would've been offered to me I would have purchased that. FYI my Samsung dishwasher (bought at the same time as the oven combo) begin to act up after a year also, but we were able to fix that without coming out of pocket.

Turntable not working after 2 weeks

The plastic roller ring cracks in the very center causing the heavy glass turntable to stop turning. This happens with normal use. Example: a family site case dish of food. Samsung needs to fix this design flaw - and not by just replacing the roller ring, which will break again in another two weeks.
