I dealt with Ashley when looking for a washer/dryer combo for my 5th wheel. She was the example of how customer service should be! A absolute pleasure to deal with. If you're on the Oregon coast you need to consider using Coastal Home Co for the service as well as supporting a local business.

Our experience with this company was extremely enjoyable and a relief in every way. We were without a working fridge for four days, lost a lot of food. Of course it happened on the weekend. The service was exceptional and Ashley was a delight. The delivery guys were wonderful too. Being able to perform the transaction over the phone was incredibly helpful. I will certainly remember this experience and recommend this business to others.

I had a great experience working with Ashley from Coastal Appliance. She was so informative and spot on with what I was looking for, even added her personal experiences. I only worked with her over the phone but felt like she knew just what I needed. I recommended the store to my neighbors who bought an appliance as well and we were thrilled with the Saturday delivery. I'll be looking for a new stove soon and will only shop at Coastal Appliance. From the minute I walked into Lincoln City store and completed purchase in Newport store to final delivery in less than 24 hours I am beyond pleased with every aspect of shopping with you. Both price and quality excellent. Highly recommend this business much needed on the central Oregon Coast.

Ashley at Coastal Home Co. Appliance is awesome. Helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeale; she guided us through both our major appliance purchases. We bought a washing machine a year or so ago; and bought a refrigerator today. We will definitely shop here again. It is so refreshing to shop somewhere where an employee likes and cares about their job.

Me and my grandma came in and bought a washer and dryer set and a couch and chair. The lady Ashley who worked there was absolutely AMAZING. She attended to our needs and helped us with everything and was very happy and sweet with a big smile on her face the whole time. We definitely will be coming back for our next purchase.
