My husband and I bought a new Bosch diswasher from Coast Home Co. and it was delivered to our home by two fabulous young men. They called before arriving and took out our old dishwasher. They were so nice and professional. We so appreciate them and the lady who sold us the dishwasher at the store. Highly recommend Coastal Home Co.

Excellent prices, beautiful stuff, reasonable local delivery fees, and that’s without even mentioning the excellent and pleasant customer service we got from this team of people. And when something went south, they immediately made it right without hesitation! I recommend this company without hesitation as well!!!

Had a great experience working with Ashley. I had to buy a new Frigidaire refrigerator for my Yachats beach rental over the phone. The process was seamless. She was so friendly and helpful and even sent me pictures so I knew what it looked like. She was always there to take my phone calls and many questions. The delivery was exceptional. The two delivery people - David and Mandy, were so nice and they took special care to make sure it got up the stairs gently and was put in place safely around some delicate furniture obstacles. They wiped it off, made it shine and took my old fridge down to the garage for Habitat Restore to pick up. Such a great experience all around. Thank you so much!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this business and its STELLAR staff! We moved into a rental yesterday only to find that the refrigerator was D.O.A. I called Coastal Appliances, and Ashely answered the phone. After explaining the situation, Ashley reached out to the management company and we had a brand new refrigerator in the house within a couple of hours. The guys who made the delivery were friendly, clean and professional. And...the replacement refrigerator was too big to fit in the cabinet, so they called the office found ANOTHER refrigerator, went and picked up and came back to finish the installation. Our experience with this company was extremely enjoyable and a relief in every way. We were without a working fridge for four days, lost a lot of food. Of course it happened on the weekend. The service was exceptional and Ashley was a delight. The delivery guys were wonderful too. Being able to perform the transaction over the phone was incredibly helpful. I had a great experience working with Ashley from Coastal Appliance. She was so informative and spot on with what I was looking for, even added her personal experiences. I only worked with her over the phone but felt like she knew just what I needed. We bought a washing machine a year or so ago; and bought a refrigerator today. We will definitely shop here again. Me and my grandma came in and bought a washer and dryer set and a couch and chair. The lady Ashley who worked there was absolutely AMAZING. She attended to our needs and helped us with everything and was very happy and sweet with a big smile on her face the whole time. We definitely will be coming back for our next purchase.
